Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Services
    • We provide customized development services for mobile applications, web development, and system management.
    • The scope and functionality of services are defined in the contract signed by both parties.
  2. Client Responsibilities
    • Clients are required to provide complete project requirements and necessary support in a timely manner.
    • Clients are prohibited from copying, selling, or transferring the deliverables without authorization.
  3. Intellectual Property
    • After the project is completed, clients have the right to use the deliverables, while the ownership of the source code will be specified in the contract.
  4. Breach of Contract
    • In case either party fails to fulfill their contractual obligations, liability will be pursued according to the terms outlined in the contract.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Conditions
    • A full refund can be requested before the project begins.
    • For projects in progress, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the completed work and terms defined in the contract.
  2. Non-refundable Situations
    • No refund will be issued if the project has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
    • Refunds are not applicable for issues caused by unclear or delayed feedback from the client.
  3. Refund Process
    • Clients must submit a refund request along with relevant documentation. We will review and provide feedback within 3 business days after receiving the request.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Service Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Method
    • Upon project completion, deliverables will be transferred via online file sharing or deployed to the client's designated server.
    • If needed, on-site deployment or training services can be arranged (additional fees may apply).
  2. Delivery Timeline
    • The delivery time will be in accordance with the timeline specified in the contract, which may be adjusted in case of changes in requirements.
    • We promise to deliver on time within reasonable scope, and any delays will be communicated to the client in advance.
  3. Acceptance Criteria
    • Clients are required to complete testing and acceptance within 7 business days after delivery.
    • Once accepted, the service is considered completed. Any issues should be reported within the acceptance period, and we will handle the fixes.
  4. Post-Delivery Support
    • We provide 30 days of free maintenance support after delivery.
    • Long-term support services will require a separate maintenance contract based on client needs.
